Swanheart

The first time I listened to Swanheart was in 2006 and I fell in love with that song. Then, I saw it live in the dvd “From Wishes to Eternity” and I liked it even more. I really don’t know why this song is not played anymore because it’s beautiful and although it would sound different with Anette’s voice, it could be nice and interesting to hear her interpretation.

As I loved this song a lot, I was happy to find that Tarja has performed it with an orchestra and choir at the Roman Amphitheatre in Plovdiv, Bulgaria, last September 21th (Beauty and the Beat concert). She joined the drummer Mike Terrana.

I saw some videos of the concert and they are awesome. I would’ve liked to listen to Swanheart live! I hope next time Tarja comes to my country she includes that song on her set list.

I wonder what she was thinking while performing this song. I see a mix of nostalgia and sadness on her eyes.
